Change of Guardian Indemnity

This form is to be used to transfer guardianship of a minor from the minor's Legal Guardian to a Stand In Guardian. The form must be signed by both the Legal Guardian and the Stand In Guardian and presented to the event Race Officials at documentation.

If you are part of the Duty Class for the race day, please check with the convenor on the day for the tasks that require your assistance before presenting karts for scrutineering.

• Unlock all gates & buildings
• Microphone for Pit Gate
• Flags & Fire Extinguishers to Flag Points
• Lap Counter to be put up at Starter's Stand
• Set up Air Compressor
• Check Scales are on and set correctly
• Race Order Board is up
• Reports Board is up
• Recovery Vehicle is ready
• Place Rubbish Bins around the Venue
